Okey, Founder and President, of BIZAA has been invited to return to Stillwater High School on December 10, 2015 to speak with students on the importance of global solidarity and how we can stop child labor and child trafficking in Africa.
Excerpt from BIZAA newsletter: According to Nelson Mandela of South Africa, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. If Mandela’s words are true, then I do wish to regrettably report that an average Nigerian child has neither a weapon to change the world nor hope in our changing world and (God forbid!) will have no place in a changed world. This is because, according to the 2015 Global Monitoring Report (GMR), “Nigeria has the highest number of out-of-school children in the world and the figure is still increasing since 2000”.
This is why BIZAA is determined to cut off the feeding tube of illiteracy among African children, which feeds the age-long beast of abject poverty in continental Africa and replace it with a culture of self-reliance through a skill acquisition-centered form of education for Africa’s youngest citizens.
